At ParchiQ, we are committed to delivering a reliable and high-quality healthcare queue management experience.

Since ParchiQ is a fully digital SaaS platform, all subscriptions grant immediate access to our services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Free Plan

Users on the Free plan can use ParchiQ at no cost and can cancel or stop using the service at any time without any charges or obligations.

  • No billing involved — no refund required
  • Free plan access can be discontinued at any time
  • No credit card required for the free tier

Free Trial Period

ParchiQ offers a 12-days free trial period for paid plans. During this period:

  • No charges are applied during the trial
  • You may cancel before the trial ends without incurring any fees
  • Once the trial ends, your plan will convert to a paid subscription

Paid Subscription Refunds

Since our services are delivered digitally and access begins immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not provided. However, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis:

  • Eligible: Technical issues preventing access to the platform that our team was unable to resolve within 72 hours
  • Eligible: Accidental duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Not Eligible: Change of mind after accessing the service
  • Not Eligible: Partial month refunds for unused time after cancellation

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will retain full access to all features until the cycle ends
  • No pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining period
  • Your clinic data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge:

  • Include your registered clinic email and the reason for the request
  • Attach any relevant screenshots or transaction details

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
