• No hardware will be shipped to your clinic
• No printed materials or physical documentation is sent
• No delivery timelines or shipping costs apply

Everything you need is accessible instantly from your browser or mobile device.

Upon successful account registration or subscription, you will immediately gain access to:

• Your clinic dashboard and queue management system
• Patient token generation and queue display
• Real-time queue monitoring for doctors and receptionists
• Analytics and reporting features

Service is activated instantly upon account verification. There is no waiting period.

• New clinics can start managing queues within minutes of registration
• Subscription upgrades are applied immediately
• Access credentials are delivered via email

All payments are processed securely and electronically:

• Payment receipts are delivered digitally via email
• Invoices are available for download from your account dashboard
• Subscription renewals are processed automatically (with prior notice)

Since our services are digital and access is immediate, the following policy applies:

• Free plan users can cancel at any time without charges
• Paid subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period
• Refund requests for paid plans are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
