• Tokens are generated on a daily basis
• Tokens reset at the end of the day
• Old tokens are no longer valid
• Only one active token per patient per day is allowed

ParchiQ is not responsible for missed turns due to user inattention.

We aim to keep ParchiQ available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

There may be downtime due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Network problems

ParchiQ is a queue management tool.

We are not responsible for:

• Medical decisions
• Delays caused by clinic operations
• Missed appointments or tokens
• Any loss arising from misuse of the system

We collect minimal data required for operation, such as:

• Name
• Mobile number

This data is used only for queue management and system functionality.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Doctors are responsible for managing staff access.

Any activity under a clinic account is the responsibility of the clinic.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access
• Restrict usage in case of misuse or violation

ParchiQ may update these terms from time to time.

Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
